Cancellation policy

In order to reserve-  full prepayment, non refundable is required.
*no refunds, changes or credits can apply
**The hotel is not responsible for any reason for cancellations or modifications of the itineraries of ferries, flights or any other means of transportation.
***In case of any kind of unpredictable situations, such as pandemics, and only if traveling on booking's period is forbidden by Governments, then no refund can apply for all amounts that will have been paid by that time, but total paid amount will be kept in order to cover part of payment (which will be already non refundable) for personal vacation always depending on availability in the same year 2025
